Our Approach
We are driven by children’s innate ability to learn anything they choose, whether it is about themselves, their community, or our world. We want to celebrate it, enrich it, and witness it.

Skilled Teachers
Our Teachers create environments of routine and ritual that support the holistic wellbeing of both individuals and community with a deep reverence for supporting play, documenting its magnitude, and developing opportunities for deeper learning.
Play Labs
Community and individual classes exploring Music. Yoga, Art. Cooking, Science, Film, and Theater. Each laboratory is run by a an experienced guide and supports extracurricular, childcare, homeschool enrichment, and nurturing interests that connect us to and our community.
Our Homerooms –
Giraffes
Our earliest 2s are nurtured in a homelike, family environment with 5 students. Curricula has an overall emphasis on care of the Self, emotional awareness, and awareness of Community.
Frogs
The Frog’s Home Room ages are estimated from early 3s. Curricula has an overall emphasis on awareness of Self, Community, and Earth; and is deepened with family partnerships and child interests.
Lady Bugs
Curricula for the Lady Bug Home Room is immersed with Spanish as connections to Self, Emotional Intelligence, Community, Earth, and Culture – deepened by family partnerships and Learning Stories.
Glacier Bears
With a focus on the virtues of Community and individual Responsibility, our pre-kindergarten class is the second tier to our Spanish Immersion classroom – promoting a holistic entrance to Kindergarten.
